Clean Clean-up Volunteers - Since the clean up event has changed to a “drop off” style event, the City is looking for those able to volunteer about 3-4 hours with a pickup truck and/or trailer to help haul items from the curbside to the Shaw Avenue Dump. They have a number of Charles City High School kids lined up to do the lifting, so just need drivers and trucks. Chris Garden has agreed to help with this and is planning to use his truck/trailer on Wed. May 4 but will make his truck/trailer available another day if someone would like to use it. Contact Steve Diers if you can help 641-257-6300 Steven.diers@cityofcharlescity.org
