- Sympathies to the family of former Rotarian Stacie Ackerson. Her husband, Stacy, passed away July 15.
- Sympathies to Jon Vrieze and family following the passing of his father-in-law Paul Sisson.
- Peyton Hadley visited and was awarded her scholarship
Announcements:
- Car Show Success - Thanks to all who were able to assist with the car show! The event should next about $5,000. Anyone with feedback or would like to help next year should see Dennis or John.

Board Meeting: July 28 - This month's board meeting will be moved to July 28th at 11am at the Elks. All members are welcome to attend. Agenda and Zoom link will follow.

Meeting Assignments 2025-2026 - As you know, each week our members are asked to help with the meeting by providing: prayer, quote, fun & frolic, and the progra. Reminder: If you are not able to complete your assignment, please find someone to fill in for you or switch weeks with you to cover your assignment.
- MEAL SIGN UP - Please be sure to sign up by noon on Fridays! Reminder to add meals for guests (other than the program). We need to give an accurate count to Dave's so we have enough meals for our members and guests. Not sure if you will make it? It is better to put your name on the list by noon Friday and take it off later if needed. The weekly menus are also shown on the sheet.

Fun & Frolic: Dennis Donovan - Car Show Facts
Program: This week's program was a Club Assembly with presentation by Secretary Veronica Litterer. Members were asked to review their committee participation for the 2025-2026 Rotary year, and she shared information on how to access the Club website CharlesCityRotary.org and the Rotary International website My.Rotary.org. She also reviewed the Club Runner app and where to access frequently requested information on the sites.
