Announcements:
- Call for President Elect 2025-26 - The Board is still seeking a member to serve as President Elect 2025-2026! This person would traditionally step up to the office of Present the following year (2026-2027). This is a great way to be involved with our Club and learn more about Rotary International. We have 28 of our 43 members who have not already served as President, so the Board is hopeful for a willing volunteer to step up to this role. See a board member if you are interested in serving, have questions or with nominations.
- Club Survey - Watch your email for an invitation to participate in a Club survey. The Board is asking the members to take time to thoughtfully respond and help guide the direction of upcoming projects, programs and other Club activities.
- Jivin' with Jazz Event - Members are invited to the annual Charles City High School Jivin' with Jazz event Tuesday, March 25, beginning at 5:30pm at the Floyd County Fair Grounds. Join in an evening of food and music as we support our CCHS Jazz Department. Tickets on sale here
- Middle School Bike Project - The Board approved a contribution of $2,500 to the Middle School bike program. This will purchase 5 bikes and helmets for the program.
- MEAL SIGN UP - Please be sure to sign up by noon on Fridays! Reminder to add meals for guests (other than the program). We need to give an accurate count to Dave's so we have enough meals for our members and guests. Not sure if you will make it? It is better to put your name on the list by noon Friday and take it off later if needed. The weekly menus are also shown on the sheet.
