Club Secretary - President Staci took nominations from the club to fill the position of Club Secretary. Veronica Litterer was nominated and voted to the office. Long-time Secretary Anne Troge will be 'retiring' from the role at the end of the year.
Popcorn at Lighted Parade - We will be selling popcorn in the park after the Holiday Lighted Parade on Nov. 30. See Staci to sign up.
Caroling - Our annual Christmas Caroling to area care centers will be Dec. 20 starting at 5:15pm. Meet at 9th St. Chautauqua.

Soup Supper Survey -The Fundraising Committee has been working hard to come up with ways to revive our annual soup supper (formerly known as SoupFest). The Board is asking for Club feedback as they look at the options for going forward with this event for Jan. 26, 2019, at the Elks Lodge. We need club support in order for the event to be successful. This is a general ask for information and your responses are anonymous. A formal signup would be forthcoming if club members are committed to this event. Please respond to the survey at your first available. The Board will hold a special meeting after the weekly Club meeting on Monday, November 26 to decide if the event will go forward. Our club has a Facebook Group! If you are on Facebook, look for Charles City Rotary Club and ask to join the group. We stream the announcements from the weekly meetings and post current announcements in the group. It's another way for our Club to interact outside of the meetings and stay in the loop when life is busy.
