Parking lot cleanup at the Senior Center Thursday, June 8, at 5:15pm. Bring brooms and scoop shovels or leaf blowers if you have them. It won’t take long, so please stop by if you can!

Party in the Park Popcorn Sales - Stop by the popcorn booth this Friday at Party in the Park. Volunteers are needed to sell popcorn at the remaining Party in the Park events. Shifts are 5-7pm or 7-9pm.

Fun & Frolic: Kay Winkelman - June Fun Facts
Program: This week's program was presented by members of the Charles City Elks on their participation in the Elks National Veterans Leather Program. The program calls for area hunters to donate deer hides that are turned into leather used for therapy programs for recovering veterans (craft kits) and professionally-crafted gloves for veterans in wheelchairs. The Charles City Elks have a tradition of collecting the most hides in the state.
