Meetings at the Elks to resume Next week April 5 - We will once again offer in-person meetings starting April 5. The Zoom option will remain available for those who are not yet comfortable attending in person.
April Meal Sign Up - As we resume the in-person meeting option, we will return to having members sign up for lunches until we have a better idea of our regular meeting attendance. At this time, boxed lunches will be provided by Hy-Vee. You also may bring your own lunch if you prefer.
Meal sign-ups must be entered by 10 AM on FRIDAYS before each meeting. You will be billed for the meals you sign up for.
Highway 14 Rest Area Cleanup - Tuesday, April 6 at 5:30 p.m. - We will meet at 5:30 p.m. at the Highway 14/7-mile corner rest area to clean it up. Bring a weed trimmer if you have one. Please RSVP here so we have a headcount. Thanks!
Cookbook Recipes- We are asking all members to submit 5 of their favorite recipes and email them to Marcie Andrews at deanandmarcie@gmail.com. We need 200 recipes for a variety of food or beverage.
Car Show -July 10, 2021 - T-shirt order link is now live for those wanting shirts. The committee is looking for trophy sponsors at $25. Next meeting is on April 20.
Program: This week's program was presented by Bill Feller on the Red Cross and Bill's experiences as a disaster services volunteer. The Red Cross serves local disasters such as home fires as well as weather-related disasters locally and around the country.
