Car Show Sucess! Thanks to all who helped through the planning and event day with the car show. We had a beautiful day with around 100 cars and looking like we should net around $3,000 for our Club.  Good work!

 

Governor's Charity Steer Show Donation - The board approved a $500 donation to support Floyd County's Taylor Quade with her efforts at the Governor's Charity Steere Show at the Iowa State Fair. The show benefits the Ronald McDonald House.

United Way Back to School Bash Donation - The board approved a $500 donation to support the annual shoe drive and the Back to School Bash. Shoes are being collected and will be distributed on August 1 at the National Night Out event in Charles City.   Learn more here!

 

Rotary International President 2022-2023:  Gordon R. McInally - RI welcomed the new president. His theme for the year is "Creating Hope in the World." At the RI convention President McInally shared his priorities and themes for the year which will include: pushing polio eradication to the finish line, prioritizing mental health, fostering peace, and creating a welcoming club experience.
