- Party in the Park Popcorn - We could use one more volunteer to sell popcorn at the August 7 Party in the Park from 7-9pm. Sign up below if you can help.

- Youth Exchange - Andres will arrive in Charles City later this week. We will look forward to meeting him soon!
- Family Picnic - Save the Date for September 28. Details coming soon!
- Radio Auction Partners - The board is looking for partnership ideas for the 2027 Rotary Radio Auction. Share your recommendations with President Tammy or a board member.
- Please be sure to sign up by noon on Fridays! We are excited to be in a season with lots of guests joining us. Please be sure to add yourself and any guests (other than the program). We need an accurate count so we have enough meals for our members and guests. Not sure if you will make it? It is better to put your name on the list by noon Friday and take it off later if needed. The weekly menus are also shown on the sheet.

Program: This week's program was presented by Michelle Sheppard, recruitment and retention coordinator with Four Oaks Family and Children’s Services. Four Oaks is contracted by the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to recruit, train, license and support Iowa’s foster and adoptive families. Iowa faces a shortage of foster care homes. Michelle shared the process for becoming a foster parent along with other ways people can help spread the word and offer support for foster families.
