- Our thoughts and prayers are with the people in Hawaii. More info on Rotary International relief efforts will be coming
- The Litterer's Storybook Honey took first place in the White Honey category and 5th place for cut comb
- Charles City was named a Thriving Community by the Iowa Finance Authority and Iowa Economic Development Authority. This honor gives access to funds to help the community address housing needs.
