We are continuing to ask our members to sign up for meals each week to help us control food waste and membership costs. Tabs are available at the bottom of the spreadsheet for the upcoming months. The weekly menus are also shown. Many members have found it easy to sign up for all of the weeks they plan to attend and then remove themselves by Friday if they find their schedule has changed.

Program: This week's program was a Club assembly with an update on projects and fundraising. See highlights below and tune in to the recording for full details
- Edible Arborium Project on Clark St. - $2,500 has been presented to the City. Work will commence next spring and volunteers may be engaged. This project will add walkways through the garden areas that our Club supported with trees a few years ago.
- Main Street Banner - A few volunteers are working with the Main Street Design Committee to finalize a fall design. District Grant funds were awarded to pay for half of this project.
- Lions Field Playground - Working with the City and Lion's Club to obtain quotes for rubber much. This would buy time and life of the playground until the City has clarity on the future of the pool. There is interest in pursuing a replacement playground project in the near future. This would be a multi-year project with the City, Lions and other possible partners.
The are two arbors in Dana Park that will be relocated to Lion's Field yet this fall.
- Radio Auction - Save the date for the first Saturday in February. Discussion was held on partnering with another organization as we did with TLC in 2022. The committee is going to look into online bidding options to allow more items to be sold and expand the audience.
- Events and Meals - Discussion is needed on our traditional SoupFest fundraiser typically held in January. Other Clubs have had success with other meals and events such as a sweet corn feed or special concerts.
Upcoming Programs
- Oct. 17 - Patrick Lumley, EMS Tax Levy
