MEAL SIGN UP - Please be sure to sign up by noon on Fridays! Reminder to add meals for guests (other than the program). We need to give an accurate count to Dave's so we have enough meals for our members and guests. Not sure if you will make it? It is better to put your name on the list by noon Friday and take it off later if needed. The weekly menus are also shown on the sheet.

Program: This week's program was presented by Bob Moen with an update on the Charles City depot project and the American Passenger Train History Museum. 2025 was busy with painting and restoration of the train cars as well as progress inside the depot. APTHM was awarded $100,000 Community Catalyst Grant from the Iowa Economic Development Authority as matching funds for the building rehabilitation. Thanks to a partnership with the NIACC Building Trades Program, most of the framing for the new walls inside the building is now complete, along with the addition of a structure for the facility's power needs. Volunteers are also working on updating a storage building.
