Program: Dr. Steve Schultz, NIACC President, gave us an update and history of NIACC in honor of the 100th anniversary...Celebrating the Journey, Creating the Future. Good theme for Rotary!
Honors and Illnesses: Bill Fluhrer in Rochester suffering from pulmonary embolisms. Please keep the Stewart and Fluhrer families in your prayers.
Fun and Frolic: Ron asked us U.S. Navy trivia in light of its birthday on 10/13.
Announcements:
Centennial committee is meeting at 1:00 today. Rotarians are encouraged to attend to achieve as close to 100% participation as possible. Get ready to sing again! So far, we have tallied 43 hours of community service in October toward the goal of 100 hours in honor of our anniversary. Let's getter done :)
Administration committee: Marcie announced that we will patronize Dave's restaurant the first 6 months in 2019.
Paul Harris Honor: Dennis presented Ron James with his Paul Harris +2. Ron is inspiring all of us!
Park clean-up: Cathy thanked those members who cleaned up the park on Highway 14. She said it looks great! Thanks to all those who helped with this project.
