Secretary's Report: The Club is once again an active organization through the Iowa Sectary of State

Honors and Illnesses:
- Chris Garden's daughter, Kirsten, graduated with her Masters Degree
- Brady and Emily Garden are expecting a baby that will be the Chris and Lisa's first grandchild
- The Stewart family are laying to rest Donna's ashes this weekend. She will be honored after donating her body to Mayo Clinic.
- Congratulations to our scholarship recipients, Taylor Quade and Jossett Benning. The recipients and their family will join us for Pass the Buck Night in June.
- District Governor Carole Bernhart awarded the Club a banner for top per capita giving to the Rotary Foundation for 2022-23 Rotary Year. Our Club was #2 in our District!

Announcements:
- Nominations for President-Elect - The Board is taking nominations for President-Elect for the 24-25 year who will then step into the President's role for 25-26. Nominations should be shared with President Bill or a member of the board.
- Pass the Buck Meeting (May 23) - Mark your calendar May 23 at 5:30pm at The Pub. Info on awards nominations coming soon!
- Party in the Park Popcorn - Volunteers are needed to sell popcorn at the 2024 Party in the Park events! Shifts are 5-7pm or 7-9pm. Grab a friend and come enjoy the night at Party in the Park.

Program: This week's program was presented by City Administrator Steve Diers and transit coordinator Tammy Elthon. Tammy reported on their new software and current services. Steve reported on a variety of City projects including: street projects, trail expansion, water projects, changes at Shaw Ave waste site, housing efforts, parks and rec projects, and public safety.
