Sympathies to Sheila Koudelka and family on the loss of her granddaughter, Aryn Mira Noe, age 3 months. She passed away on June 19, 2020, at the Floyd County Medical Center in Charles City after strongly fighting complications from birth.

Announcements:
Order your lunch -In order to have a lunch, you must sign up by 10am on Friday the week before the meeting. You will be billed for only meals you order, and we will only order meals for those who sign up plus the program.
Parking Lot Clean Up Rain Date - Thursday, June 25 at 5:15 p.m. at the Senior Citizen Center. Bring gloves, brooms, shovels, etc. to sweep and clean up the parking lot.
Child Safty Kit Distribution - Kits are ready to be delivered to the birthing center at the hospital and Floyd County Public Health. Next week additional kits will be ready to distribute to daycares and other family sites. Volunteers will be needed next meeting.
Santa House Update Project - The Santa House used in Central Park is in need of some exterior updates to the icicles and display windows. A few handy members are need to help along with artist Robin Maycomber to freshen things up before the holidays. Sign up here if you are interested in being on a committee.
Save the Date - July 27 for a Pass the Buck picnic and awards night! Club members will enjoy nice grilled meal (think chicken breast and steak sandwiches) and celebrate our new Rotary year. See Linda Klemesrud if you would like to be part of the planning committee.
Award Nominations - Each year our Rotary Club honors its members and members of the community during our annual Pass the Buck Night. Please submit your nominations by June 30.
Theatre Volunteers - Staci inquired if we would have members interested in staffing the concessions at the Charles Theatre on the last Thursday of the month. We would need a couple of volunteers from about 6 to 7:15 p.m. Let Staci know if you might have an interest. The Board will consider this opportunity.

This week's program was presented by Floyd County Relay for Life co-chair Jan Adams. This week is Relay for Life week (June 22 - 26) in Floyd County. Since there cannot be a walk this year, there will be featured stories and facts on KCHA all week. The community can help raise funds in several ways:
